Who controls your data

The data controller is NOVA CLUB, located at Via Copernico 38, 20125 Milano, Italy. Privacy questions can be sent to info@novaclubroom.com.

What we collect

We collect your email address and a record of when and which version of the consent notice you accepted. We do not collect names, phone numbers, location, or advertising identifiers through this waitlist.

Why and on what legal basis

We use this information only to send important NOVA updates. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Joining the waitlist is optional.

Who processes the data

Vercel provides application hosting and Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. They act as processors under their applicable data-processing terms. Any email delivery provider added in the future will be named here before messages are sent.

Retention

We keep the data for 24 months from joining the waitlist, unless consent is withdrawn earlier, unless you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it sooner, subject to any limited legal obligation to retain a record.

Your rights and withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where applicable. Contact info@novaclubroom.com to exercise these rights or unsubscribe. Future notification emails will also include a one-click unsubscribe link.

International transfers

Some infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers must use a lawful safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Complaints

You may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
